For manufacture of our sophisticated, high quality products, we need well-trained, qualified, and reliable employees. They identify themselves with the company and have a strong commitment to work. To achieve this, we attach great importance to perfect working conditions and thus, to satisfied colleagues. Part of the training program is internal seminars where we inform the personnel about the latest developments of Dickow. This supports our on-going struggle to reach future goals together. We are very proud of our young apprentices and trainees in the technical as well as in the commercial field. Approximately 10% of our personnel are young people who pass their business and technically based apprenticeship in the company.
